CO Extrusion snack production line will create stuffed snack with different shapes, capacity100-1000kg/h.
The CO-Extrusion snack production line create a cream filled extruded snack product with our Advantage Series Extrusion System. Fillings may include sweet or savory flavors. As many as five shapes may be made at the same time, including triangles, squares, pillow, hearts and/or bars. The Pillow Cutter roller is designed to create as little waste as possible.
Raw material:main material is Corn flour(Or/And rice flour, oat flour),few sugar and salt;stuffed material is chocolate, cream,cheese, jam,etc.
Please note that all the materials should be in powder(flour) or grits form.
Final products:Variety shapes are available for Round Bar ,Square bar,Pillow etc.

Processing Equipment in CO Extrusion snack production line：
1.Flour Mixer: Mix raw materials like corn flour, wheat flour, and rice flour, etc. with a certain amount of water evenly and sufficiently.
2.Screw conveyor: Feed the mixed materials to the feeding hopper of core filled snack double screw extruder.
3.Twin Screw Extruder: Raw materials fall into the extruding system from the feeding hopper. Under the function of high temperature and high pressure, the products are squeezed out. We can set different configurations for making different products.
4.Core filling machine:
Function: Fill the chocolate or cream into the center of product.
Principle: The colloidal core material is heated, insulated and stirred evenly. The screw pump will inject the core material continuously and evenly into the bulging shell.
5.Snack bar Cutter: cut into Round Bar ,Square bar, Pillow etc; Pillow shape need one separate cutter.
6.Belt Conveyor: Function: transferring the Materials from the extruder to an dryer.
5.Multi-layer Dryer: The dryer in the snacks manufacturing plant is mainly the electric type. Temperature is adjusted through the control cabinet from room temperature to 120 degree. There is a double-layer stainless mesh bag inside. The baking time is adjusted according to the speed. The oven of three-layer, five-layer, and seven-layer for your selection.
6.Oil sprayer: The oil sprayer spray oil on the surface of snack food through the rotating drum. The oil spraying amount and time can be adjusted.
7.Automatic Flavoring Line: There are an octagonal drum, single drum, and double drum flavoring. According to the capacity and product characteristics, we also have oil spraying, sugar spraying and coating equipment for your choice.
8.Core filled snack packing machine: This high performance automatic sanck food packaging machine, can complete automatic feeding, measuring, bag-making, deviation, filling, sealing, date printing and finished product output and a series of automatic functions.
