Flour mixer or Blender
Function: mixing and hydrating raw material such as corn powder, rice powder, or oat powder.
Mixer makes the raw material which adding water and liquid chemical additive fully mixer equally . The machine mix the flour and prepares them ready to be used in the next step .
All parts adopt food grade stainless steel. It makes the powder raw materials, water and additives stirred and mix evenly by the high-speed rotation stirring wings in the stirring drum. Drum and stirring wings are made of stainless steel.

Function: transferring the Materials spirally from the corn blender to an extruder

Working Principle:Spraying nozzle can adjust oil amount equally. The sugar coating is built up by tumbler system.The tumbler is derived by a motor, using for mixing and melting the water, sugar and other additives.
