Function: transferring the Materials spirally from the corn blender to an extruder
Double Screw Extruder Or Twin Screw Extruder
Production Capacity: 120 – 1000 Kg/h
Function:Raw material is curing and puffed in extruder, becoming different shapes of puffing snacks with moulds changing.
Working Principle:It consists of feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system; main motor and controlling system.
Air Conveyor or Air blower
Function: transferring the Materials from the extruder to an oven.
Roller dryer
Function:Separate the product,NON sticking each other.

Function: transferring the flakes from the vibrator
Vibrator
Function: vibrating the flakes separately and uniformly.
High temperature hot air oven
Function: high temperature roasting the flakes become crispy with bubble structure.Bubbles will appear on surface , and after hot air drying Corn flakes will be crispy .
Working Principle:Heat exchanger is burned by gas or diesel burner. Hot air is sprayed by high pressure blower , which makes corn flakes puffed and bubbles instantly.
Sugar melting machine
Function: prepare sugar stuff.
Sugar sprayer
Function: mixing syrup and spraying by nozzle
Capacity: 50&100 Liters tank
Sugar coating machine (mixing drum)
Function: This device is applicable to a wide range of puffing corn snacks in seasoning and coating liquid sugar.
Working Principle:Spraying nozzle can adjust oil amount equally. The sugar coating is built up by tumbler system.
The tumbler is derived by a motor, using for mixing and melting the water, sugar and other additives.
Final dryer
