Crusher machine

Animal feed crusher machine is a kind of processing machine which is specialized used for crushing materials by the collision between the high-speed hammer and materials. For realizing different processing effects, you just need to change the screen with different size holes. Flour mixer or Blender

Function: mixing raw material ingredients such as corn flour, wheat flour, fish meal,etc.

Spiral Conveyor

Function: conveyoring the Materials spirally from the mixer to twin screw extruder

Double Screw Extruder Or Twin Screw Extruder

Production Capacity: 100 – 3000 Kg/h

Function:cooking the raw materials and make them to the required shape and size of the pet food pellets by mould. The Twin screw extruder is made of the feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, transmission system and controlling system.

Features of floating fish feed double screw extruder:

1. Alloy screw made by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. Self-cleaning ability, no need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw when roasting or replacing of materials.

2. Adopting speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin screw feeding machine, stable materials feeding in the whole food process.

3. Gearbox with automatic lubrication function, extending gear life.

Air Conveyor or Air blower :

Dryer machine:

Function: Fish feed dryer machine is usually used in combination with fish feed extruder in the fish feed pellet line. Fish feed pellets are transported by the conveyor from fish feed extruder to the pellet dryer machine, then it will be drying on the mesh belt which is made of stainless steel. Pellets from extruder may content moisture around 15~20% with high temperature ,if the user wanna pack fish feed pellet for proper storage and marketing handling.Those pellets must be cooled and dried. Fish feed dryer machine is movable with multi-layer structure, which makes our dryer fast-drying & high-efficiency.The machine is suitable for the materials such as pet food,dog food,cat food,fish feed and others, for which the water contents are high and long drying time is requested. The machine owns the advantages of adjustable drying speed, high evaporation capacity and good product quality.

Main Features of the automatic dryer machine:

1.Air quantity, heating temperature, materials staying time and feeding speed can be adjusted in order to improve drying quality.

Function:mixing oil ( flavor) and spraying it indsie flavor drum.oil spraying amount and time can be adjusted.

Flavoring drum machine

Function:mixing oil ( flavor) and spraying oil on the surface of pet food through the rotating drum.The flavor powder can be adjusted.

Cooling machine

Function: reduce the temperature after drying.
