This Instant Noodle Production Line is characterized by high automation, simple operation, and low investment, including flour mixing, shaping, steaming, frying, and finished product packaging in one line. The corrugated instant noodles produced by this production line have a short rehydration time, good elasticity, and smoothness. The product has two types to choose from: circular and square, and the noodle size can be customized.

The instant noodle production line can complete the production from flour to finished products at one time, with high degree of automation, simple operation, moderate output, energy saving and small floor space. The corrugated instant noodles produced by this production line have short rehydration time and good elasticity, smoothness and transparency. Instant noodles are made by steaming and frying the shredded noodles to fix the shape of the noodles (usually square or round). Ready-to-eat instant food that can be eaten within (usually within 3 minutes).

Seperate equipment description:

 

DOUBLE-SHAFT DOUGH MIXER

Function:

Function: Mixing the flour and water automatically in high speed for 5 minutes and low speed for 10 minutes. Strengthen gluten. Discharging dough by hopper automatically to next process, dough ripen& feeding machine.

Advantage:

Time of high or low speed dough mixing and watering time can be set on control panel in advance .Then pressing the button of dough mixing, the flour and water will be mixed automatically.

Compound roller pressing machine

Function: After continuous rolling by 6 pairs of rolls with different gaps and rolling rates, the sheet goes through the slitting, separating and forming device to become corrugated noodles, which are delivered to the next step of the production process.

Advantage:

1): optimized rooling ratio, help the dough forming the best gluten, is good for improve the quality of final product.

2): each units of roller has single transmission and frequency control , the speed is automatically controlled by optoelectronic switch, with high level of automation.

Steaming machine

Function: The unit receives the corrugated noodle belt from the continuous rolling mill and puts it on the stainless steel net-belt to steam them into cooked noodles. Normally, the structure of starch is chain-type.

Advantage:

1): The steam time is over 3 minutes, long time steam is good for noodle ageing .

Cutter

Function: Cut the continuous noodle ito small square shape

Oil Fryer machine

Equipped with 2 layers belt conveyor

Function:The noodle cakes( in fry box) is fried in high temperature condition by frying machine. make noodles puffing and dehydrate.
Advantages:
1.Temperature can be controlled automatically and be constant. And oil-temperature is between 150-155℃,which quite proper for dewatering.
2. Discharge scrap fully and better filtration.
3.The circulating system of heating oil can save energy.
4.Oil content of oil is less and about 18%,which can save production cost.

Instant noodle Cooling machine

Function: reduce the temperature before noodle cake packing.
