Function: mixing raw material ingredients such as drum wheat flour, water,etc.
Spiral Conveyor
Function: conveyoring the Materials spirally from the mixer to single screw extruder.
Spiral conveying with motor as power to ensure convenient and fast feeding.
Single Screw Extruder
Production Capacity: 100 – 300 Kg/h
Function:cooking the raw materials and make them to the required shape and size of pasta by mould. The Single screw extruder is made of the feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, transmission system and controlling system.
Features of pasta single screw extruder:
(1)Single-screw Extruder mainly consist of feeding system, extruding system, cutter system heating system,driving system, and controlling system.
(2)Feeding system, extruding system and cutting system all adopt frequency-conversion timing to gain powerful drive, stable perform, and electricity saving.
(3)Screw, machine barrel, moulds all adopt circulating cooling system to ensure that during extruding, temperature of raw materials can keep steady.
(4)Due to being processed by special technique, the screw is abrasion-endurable, fatigue-resistant and durable.

Function: conveyoring the pasta from the single screw extruder to an automatic dryer
Dryer machine:
Equipped with multi layers conveyor
Function: This automatic dryer machine is a continuous penetrating flow drying equipment applied for drying pieces strip and particles state materials with good ventilation. The machine is suitable for the materials such as pasta,macaroni, noodles and other product, for which the water contents are high and long drying time is requested. The machine owns the advantages of adjustable drying speed, high evaporation capacity and good product quality.
Main Features of the automatic dryer machine:
1.Air quantity, heating temperature, materials staying time and feeding speed can be adjusted in order to improve drying quality.
2.The equipment configuration is flexible. The mesh belt washing system and materials cooling system are available to use.
3. Most of the hot air is reused to realize energy saving.
4.The machine is equipped with a unique air distributor; it distributes the hot air to the dryer and ensures the quality of products is constant.
5. The heat source can use steam, thermal oil, electricity, oil, or hot air furnace.
